Braintree: Mum shocked by 11lb new arrival
A mother is in shock after giving birth to a daughter weighing nearly 11 pounds.
Rose Draper, 29, stunned family, friends and hospital staff when she gave birth to Lilly-Anne last Wednesday.
The new arrival's whopping weight of 10lb 10oz is more remarkable considering Rose gave birth naturally.
She said: “All the newborn clothes we got for her have gone to waste - she’s already wearing clothing for three-month old babies.”
