An Ancient Greek comedy has been given a twist by performing arts students.

Lysistrata was originally performed in Greece 1,500 years ago, telling the story of one woman’s mission to end a war.

Shows take place at 7.30pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday in the college’s main hall, in Church Lane, Braintree.

Tickets are £8 for adults and £6 for concessions. Call 01206 814141 or email cmpalive@colchester.ac.uk
