Witham: Business chief welcomes Prezzo move
A business leader has welcomed an Italian food chain’s plans to open a restaurant in Witham.
Prezzo has applied to Braintree Council for permission to open a restaurant in Newland Street, delivering ten new full-time jobs and eight part-time.
Mick Bailey, chairman of Witham Chamber of Commerce, praised the move and said he hoped other major UK chains would follow Prezzo’s lead in moving into the town.
