Witham: Witham's Fireman Sam lands hot date on TV show
Thirty women were hoping for a hot date with Witham's very own Fireman Sam when he appeared on a dating show.
Hero next door Sam Connelly, who lives in the town centre, appeared on ITV’s Take Me Out on Saturday night.
The 24-year-old retained officer and personal trainer chose Georgia for a date at the show’s Fernando’s resort in Tenerife.
