  • "Well lets hope the services improves in Braintree. Don't normally use buses, but decided to use one in December. The bus normally runs every half hour, I waited over an hour and still no bus arrived. Eventually a driver walked over and told us it would be at least another hour. He was very apologetic but very embarrassed at telling us of the delay. I shared a taxi home with another person from the bus as we were very cold & fed up by then."
