All five generations of a family were reunited for the first time.

Braintree woman Katherine Hiser, 25, moved to Okinawa, Japan, in May 2010.

Her children, Madelynn, two, and Elliott, ten months, were born after the move, meaning that many relatives had yet to meet them.

They were reunited with their great-great grandmother, Peggy Summers, 97, grandparents Steve and Helen Bryan, aunt Hannah Bryan, and great grandmother, Mollie Summers, 77.
