Witham: Police appeal for witnesses to racist attack
Police are investigating after an alleged racist attack in Witham.
Sgt Chris Gould said there was an altercation between two groups outside Knights Taxis in Guithavon Street at about 1am on New Year’s Day, before a man was racially abused and assaulted.
Mr Gould said the man’s injury was “not serious”.
