Braintree: Panfield Lane development masterplan approved Braintree: Panfield Lane development masterplan approved

Residents in Panfield Lane will be protected by “buffers” separating them from a new 600-home development.

The North-West Braintree masterplan, which will be used as guidance for future planning applications for the site, was approved by Braintree Council on Monday night.

As well as housing, the masterplan includes provision for shops, open spaces, community and sporting facilties, including a new stadium for Braintree Town Football Club.

bitterly disappointgin outcome yet again this council rides oveer the locals no dobut headed by that pig Butland who cares about nothing but money and causing problems for estab lished residents how are we all supposed to get on trains? how are the roads going to cope? how are the amenities going to cope? i read an article today saying terrible water shortages througout England and it will only get worse with stupid and heartless decisions such as this
