Witham is going Dickensian for Christmas
Witham is going Dickensian this weekend.
The Christmas Lights Working Group is behind the themed Christmas market, which runs from 10am to 3pm on Saturday.
About 20 stalls will be setting up shop in the Grove Centre and Newlands Shopping Centres in Newland Street selling teddies, jewellery , preserves, sweets, baby clothes, cards and stocking fillers.
Try some gluhwein, hot soup, mince pies, hot chestnuts and doughnuts and listen to music and entertainment from clog dancers, Witham Big Sing and a three piece band.
There will be free car parking at the Mayland House car park at the rear of the Grove Centre during the event.
