Police have charged two people with metal theft
Two people from Braintree are due to appear in court next month charged with metal theft offences.
Police had been contacted shortly after 9.30pm on September 6 following reports of suspicious activity at the Wyevale Garden Centre in Cressing Road, Braintree.
A 25-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy have been charged with one count of attempted theft each.
They have been bailed prior to their appearances at Colchester Magistrates Court on December 18.
