Almost 30 schoolchidren took to the stage at the Royal Albert Hall in London in support of Barnados.
The 27 pupils from Templars Primary and Nursery School sung at the Barnado’s Young Supporters Concert last Tuesday.
Teacher Louise Heel said: “Several visitors to the school had commented on how wonderful the children's singing was.
“We felt that we wanted to share this with others and also provide the children with an exciting experience. In 2011 we went to the O2 with young voices and this year we choose the Royal Albert Hall with Barnados.”
Headteacher Kerrie McGrory said: “It was a lovely opportunity for a once in a life time experience to perform in an amazing venue.”
On November 29 the pupils, from years 4 to 6, will take part in Farleigh Hospice’s light up a life service in Witham town centre.
