Braintree: Florist wins accolade for customer service

Fleurtations has won a national award for customer service
A florist has won an award for giving the best customer service in the country.
Interflora gave the accolade to Fleurtations in Braintree High Street. To celebrate, Interflora’s Mercury Man will at the shop tomorrow.
Owner Yolande Turgoose, who works with daughter Nadine Keeble and son-in-law Christopher, said: “We’re really excited to have been selected by Interflora and are really looking forward to having the Mercury Man with us for the day.
“We’re currently running a competition for someone to receive a very special delivery by the Mercury Man.”
Fleurtations was one of ten florists from Interflora’s network of more than 1,800 in the UK to be rewarded for its customer service.
