Witham: Takeaway accused of selling booze to underage children

A takeaway has been accused of selling alcohol to underage teenagers over a six year period.
Essex Police claims Little India in Laburnum Way, Witham, has sold booze and tobacco to children as young as 14.
Licensing officer Stephen Sparrow has now asked Braintree Council to review its premises licence in a bid to prevent crime and disorder.
The licence review is due to be held today.
