Witham: New mayor appointed

A new mayor and deputy mayor for Witham have been appointed for the coming year.
Paul Heath stepped down as town mayor at Witham Town Council's Annual General Meeting last night.
His deputy for the past year - Janet Money (Witham South) - was elected into the hot seat as the new mayor.
Barry Fleet (Chipping Hill and Central ward) was elected as deputy mayor.
