After 30 years as partners in the New York Police Department, highly decorated detectives Turk and Rooster are not ready to retire. There have been a series of murders of suspected criminals across the city, with personalised poems discovered on each body. Detectives Perez and Riley are hoping to solve the case before the old-timers, Turk and Rooster.
