Priory Estates were established as Frinton's first dedicated Letting Agents and Property Management Company in 1995. Since then, it has successfully expanded, opening a second office in Dovercourt (April 2005).

As an independent and family run business, Priory Estates has transferred its specialised and local knowledge in all aspects of property.

Priory Estates prides itself on a personal and tailor-made service and now boasts over 300 properties under management throughout the North East Essex peninsular via its letting division.
