With a turnover of £58m our continued success as an independent Co-operative Society very much depends on the strength and dedication of our Board of Directors and other Members' committees.

Unlike any other high street retailer, our Directors work on behalf of our 58,000 members where they really can shape the future of Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society.

We are currently looking to recruit Directors who as non-executives commit to about 4 hours a week.
