The Congregational Church was beautifully decorated with flowers, fruit and vegetables, plus other items which were to be distributed to Home Start.
The Rev John Parker took the morning service. The Silver End Guides, Brownies and Rainbows attended and brought their standards.
The offering is being sent to Send a Cow for the people in Africa.
