Members enjoyed a social meeting over coffee, getting to know the newer members.
The village quiz night and the Macmillan coffee morning having been discussed, some members related amusing situations they had found themselves in.
Seventeen members then made their way to the Victory pub, where they enjoyed lunch. Thanks go to the lunch club organisers.
Next meeting is on October 6, with speaker Cynthia Ives on Let’s Go Crackers and Little Angels.
