The club held its first competition of the season, judged by Patrick Higham, of Maldon.
The results were: monochrome prints – Mike Childs 10, David Barker 10, Barbara Pycka 10; colour prints, set subject “candids” – Mike Childs 10, David Barker 9; open section – Andy Wright 10, David Barker 10; slides set subject “candids” – Mike Childs 9, Sylvia Broadwater 8.5; open section – John Broadwater 10, Mike Childs 9, David Barker 9.
The next meeting is on Tuesday and will be a slide lecture by Irene Froy on Chasing the Light.
